Golden Oreo Lemon Dessert

Hello!!!!!

Sorry I haven’t posted any thing in FOREVER!!!! I have just been busy with the holidays and such. After the holidays my computer stopped working. Now it is working so thats good. Anyways, once I was having a sleepover and I made this dessert. Within 1/2 a hour the entire dessert was gone! I also took it to Bible study and it disappeared fast as well. I originally got this from a magazine but I tweaked it slightly. Here is the recipe:

~Ingredients~                                                                                                         3 Tbsp butter softened               1 box [3.4 oz.] lemon pudding mix                     1 cup milk                                       4 cups cool whip [12 oz.]                                       1 cup lemon curd                          36 [1 package] golden Oreos                                 .                                                ~Directions~

  1. Place 20 cookies in a ziplock bag and crush cookies. Put cookie crumbs and butter in bowl and mix till smoothish. Press mixture into the bottom of pan.
  2. Combine pudding and milk in bowl, whisk until soft set. Fold in 1/2 cup cool whip. Spread over cookie mixture in pan.
  3. Crush remaining cookies in ziplock bag. Sprinkle half the crumbs over pudding mixture.
  4. Mix lemon curd with 1 cup whipped cream. spread over crumb layer. Layer remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Refridgerate 8 hours before serving.
  5. Enjoy!!!!!
